Holding a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences and Real Estate Management, she began working in residential real estate in 1999 when she established her own real estate brokerage company in Brazil. Prior to that, Simone's work experience includes interior design, retail store management and administration in the financial service segment.

She is an adept communicator and negotiator with extensive knowledge of the real estate market as well as the intricate purchase and sale process.
