Travis is a Senior Associate and founding member of Bold New York. He began his real estate career working with an investment sales team at Marcus and Millichap. At M+M he learned the fundamentals of an effective broker and team member – hard work, recognition of client’s wants and needs, honesty and integrity. Prior to joining Bold, Travis worked for Forrest Partners, a principal firm that owns mixed use buildings in Manhattan. His experience in various areas of property management and residential brokerage with Forrest Partners have proven beneficial for Travis overall industry knowledge. Mr. Fiumes strengths lie in his keen negotiation skills, desire to deliver, extensive knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market, and well-rounded understanding of the ins and outs of the business. To date, Travis has closed Hundreds of real estate transactions. Travis Fiume holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware.
