I currently live in North Hills, NY. I was raised in Taiwan and moved to the states at the age of 14. I studied math and biology at Cooper Union in Missouri before I moved to the big Apple and finished BS in Mechanical Engineering at NYIT.

My hobbies include coin collecting, bike riding, as well as competitive shooting. From Healthcare to Engineering, I've been specializing in the fields of skilled negotiations, Executive management and latest technology. I've been practicing real estate since the end of 2016. In less than a year, I've had more than 200 hours of real estate related specialized trainings *DOS only requires the average agents to have less than 12 hours of trainings a year.

I've earned five designations: CBR, Certified Buyer Representative. PSA, Pricing Strategies Advisor, RETP, Real Estate Tech Pro. CIPS, Certified International Properties Specialist. GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute (Realtors who gained in-depth knowledge on all aspects of real estate tractions, focused on Seller, Buyer, Legal, Business & Property, Technology, Ethics and Agency.)

I've successfully represented buyers and sellers on both sides of transactions, ranging from the purchase of multi-family property for investment purposes as well as the selling of Condominiums.
